THINK
In 2 Peter we read
11 Dear friends, I urge
you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful
desires, which war against your soul.
12 Live such good
lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong,
they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us
A song we sang when I were a lad went:
Men will look at the life I lead
See the side I take, and the things I love
They judge my Lord by my every deed
Lord, set my affections on things above
They are watching you marking all you do
Hearing the things you say
Let them see the Saviour as He shine in you
Let His power control you every day
("Though the world has forsaken God", RT Bewes, 1964. From Youth Praise)
There were other verses too, but that's what I remember.
